Enrollment and consent
The service is intended only for its configured owner. SMS keyword opt-in is the only enrollment method: the owner sends START from their own mobile number to the program’s published SMS number. If previously unsubscribed, the owner can send UNSTOP to restore messaging. The owner receives a confirmation identifying the recurring program, message frequency, possible carrier charges, HELP, and STOP. No website form or third party enrolls subscribers. Consent is specific to this personal-assistant messaging program and is not a condition of any purchase.
Messages and frequency
Messages are generated automatically by the software application when the owner submits a command or food photo, a scheduled personal or investment-research briefing becomes ready, a task reaches its due time, a configured Gmail, Calendar, or material SEC-filing alert matches, or an approved application action completes. They may include automated command responses; food-photo nutrition estimates; Calendar, Gmail, Drive, memory, or evidence-linked public investment-research summaries; action-confirmation notices; service messages; and optional daily briefing notices. Food-photo nutrition estimates are approximate and are not medical advice. Investment-research messages are informational, do not place trades, and are not personalized investment advice. No human manually sends messages from the program number, and the program is not used for interpersonal conversation. Message frequency varies based on owner activity and enabled settings. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from proactive messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt in again. Reply HELP for program information. The private control center can also disable scheduled notices.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, unlawful content, harassment, deceptive activity, or messaging people who have not consented. It is not an emergency service and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or time-critical decisions.
Availability
Delivery depends on mobile carriers and service providers and is not guaranteed. Features may change to protect security, privacy, reliability, or regulatory compliance.
