What messages are sent?
MyPersonalPhone is a hosted software application operated by Alex Kalish. It automatically sends application-generated transactional and notification SMS messages only to its authenticated, opted-in user.
Messages are triggered when the user submits a command to the application, a scheduled daily or investment-research briefing becomes ready, a saved task reaches its due time, a configured Gmail matching rule detects a message, a Calendar conflict is detected, a watched public company files a configured material SEC form, or an approved application action completes. The application processes these events and generates the SMS automatically; no human manually sends messages from the program number, and the program is not used for interpersonal conversation.
Messages may include automated command responses; Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, or evidence-linked public investment-research summaries; task and reminder notifications; configured alerts and action confirmations; and optional daily briefing notices. Investment-research messages are informational, do not place trades, and are not personalized investment advice. MyPersonalPhone does not send advertising, marketing, affiliate, or third-party promotional messages.
How to opt in
SMS keyword opt-in is the only enrollment method.
From the mobile number that will receive messages, text START to +1 (312) 854-2133. If that number was previously unsubscribed, text UNSTOP to the same number to restore messaging.
No website form, account creation, purchase, imported contact list, third party, or affiliate can enroll a mobile number. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using another service.

Privacy and consent records
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
MyPersonalPhone records the opt-in keyword, source, and timestamp for the configured owner number so that consent can be verified and managed.
